Preluare hotel / adresa, in limitele orasului; 2. Pentru hoteluri situate in afara Bucurestiului exista o taxa extra pentru preluare: 35 euro; 3. Clientii trebuie sa fie pregatiti cu 10 minute inainte de inceperea turului; 4. Agentia nu raspunde pentru obiectele uitate sau pierdute; 5. Toate tururile vor avea ghizi specializati pe limba engleza; 6. Pentru ghizi pe alta limba trebuie anuntat cu 24 ore inainte; 7. Copii sub 6 ani beneficiaza de gratuitate; 8. Reducere de 50% pentru copii intre 6 - 12 ani; 9. Tarifele sunt in euro. Platile vor fi facute in ron; 10. Acceptam plata cu carte de credit (Visa & Mastercard); 11. Tarifele nu includ 19%TVA; 12. Anularea turului se taxeaza cu 30% din totalul acestuia. Tururile includ: Sofer profesionist, limuzina / van Mercedes Benz, ghid specializat (engleza / franceza / spaniola / italiana / germana) pt fiecare tur in parte / combustibil / asigurari persoane, bagaje, masina.
